NO FUSS PRE-ORDER (PRE-PAY) SERVICE
To make a pre-order, just place the items you want in your basket, and check out as normal. Your card will be charged immediately and the items will be sent out as soon as they are released.

IF THE PRICE DROPS BEFORE RELEASE, YOU PAY LESS
Sometimes a product price drops whilst in pre-release. If this is the case, we'll refund you the difference, so you always pay the lowest amount.

IF THE PRICE RISES BEFORE RELEASE, YOU PAY LESS
Sometimes the price of pre-order items are increased by our suppliers meaning the final selling price goes up. Pre-order customers always pay the lower amount, even if we sell at a loss, as a thank you for placing your pre-order with us.

PRE-ORDER CUT-OFF
To help us manage pre-orders effectively we stop taking them at 2pm on the day before their arrival, so get in before then to guarantee stock!

NEW! PRE-ORDER OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Some out of stock items are now marked as 'despatched in' a number of days. These items are usually in stock with our supplier and we'll order them in for you. In the rare event they've become unavailable, or our lead time is longer than stated, we'll let you know straight away.

PRE-ORDER PROMISE
If you place a pre-order more than one week prior to the products release date, and we fail to fulfil it, we'll refund your money in full and send you a free gift!
