The Romulan Empire expands its influence into the game Star Trek Fleet Captains. The Romulan Empire expansion contains twelve Romulan ships with ten new sub-decks as well as introducing a new Mission type -Espionage- and the ability to assign Romulan Saboteurs to your opponent’s ships.

This expansion also allows a three way game with Federation vs Klingon vs Romulan.

Expansion contains:
• 12 Romulan Ships
• 10 sub-decks of 10 cards each
• 10 new Encounters
• 25 new Espionage Mission cards
• New advanced rules.
